I found this interesting. Beware though. This is the kind of stuff my father taught me growing up. But the quotes they cite can make you wonder.
Occupy your minds with good thoughts, or the enemy will fill them with bad ones. Unoccupied, they cannot be.

I'm so sick of Catholics who pretend like they can just reject a Church Council that it makes my stomach turn.

I am sympathetic to those who are upset by the liturgical and catechetical abuses that were implemented "in the spirit of Vatican II" (but often in direct contradiction to the actual documents). There are many aspects of the contemporary Catholic church (at least in the USA) which have been disappointing to me. The toleration of dissenting teachers, liturgists, nuns, and priests in the church sometimes makes me sick to my stomach! Especially here in the West, liberals and some outright heretics seem to be decisively in control of the diocesan staff offices and nearly all of the the parishes and schools. Where there are conservative bishops, they seem reluctant to seriously "clean house". It makes me wonder sometimes if the fuzzy language in some of the Vatican II documents was put there on purpose to create this situation.

However, having been raised in the "anti" wing of the CoC, I have had my fill of sectarian attitudes such as "we are the tiny remnant that have remained faithful and everybody else is going to hell". My family and I have left all of that behind at significant personal cost (as have all of us on this board), to embrace the Catholic Church because it is true. I'm not about to turn and embrace SSPX or other sectarian traditionalists within the Church now. I'm not sure what I can do as an individual to help the church recover her orthodox teaching, but attacking the legitimacy of the pope and the council is not the way. That way leads back into the division and chaos that I have just left behind!

I'd say the best thing to do is to:

Pray for the Church, the Holy Father, Priests, and all religious.

Encourage your pastor to uphold orthodox teaching.
Write to the Bishop when necessary if abuses are rampant and not corrected.
Write to the Vatican if even that doesn't fix it.
Encourage other laity to uphold orthodox teaching (A lot of this is done simply by living it in your own life).
Always defend the teaching of the Church as truth every time you hear someone take something lightly.

If we all did this, I think the Church would be a better place.
